Builder Sales Consultant

Assigned to manage the neighborhoods and individual home sites where Homesafe provides new construction installations.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Work with homeowners that have purchased homes from builders that participate in the Homesafe Builder Program.
  • Develop local builder accounts for the Homesafe Builder Program.
  • Work with individuals building new homes.
  • Prospect in new construction areas not serviced by Homesafe Builder Program.
  • Other administrative duties as pertaining to the Homesafe Builder Program as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Possess valid driver’s license. Applicant must possess the ability to pass a criminal background investigation.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Proficient in personal computer skills; excellent verbal and written communication and mathematical skills along with the ability to reason and solve problems.
